We decided to re-post this TED talk because it is very relevant to an organization’s success. Sales, marketing, and communications professionals must know their organization’s “why”. It is so easy to identify the “what” and when marketing that many people focus in on – what they do and how they do it – but the “why” is what makes people actually buy. We have also re-created some of the imagery that was used to visually describe the points outlined.
